Machine Introduction
Automatic linear 4 wheels screw capping machine. It’s suitable for various material and figure containers . Such as plastic bottles , glass bottle , and metal bottle .There is no need to change parts when changing the bottle shape, as long as the position of some parts is adjusted.The machine is simple in structure and easy to adjust.Won't hurt the bottle or the cap when capping.
1.The speed of cap sorting,conveyor,bottle clamping belt and capping screws can be stepless speed regulation to meet the tightening requirements for various bottles and caps.
2.Four groups of frequency converters control the cap sorting machine, rolling wheel speed, conveyor belt speed and synchronous belt speed respectively, each part can be adjusted separately.
3.The machine is made of SUS304/316 stainless steel , also applied to GMP standard requirement . (custom-tailoring diversified for special specification )

For semi automatice machine, we all have stock. Can ship within 7 working days. For automatic machine, all have no stock. Automatic machines are customized made according to bottles and caps. It need place the order, then manufacture.
2---How long time to make?
For single machine, it takes from 10~30 working days. For whole filling line, it takes from 40~60 working days.
3---Ship from which port?
If by air, it is from Shanghai International Airport. If by sea, it is from Shanghai or Ningbo. Other seaport of China is also accepted.
4---The payment?
By TT. 50% in advance as downpayment , 50% balance before shipping.
-If can visit factory to check machines firstly, then place order?
